FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF

At EKSPEDISI PINTAR INDONESIA, we are seeking an experienced Finance Staff to join our dynamic team in Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta. As a Finance Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations and reporting requirements. What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
2. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
3. Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
4. Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and processes.
5. Provide support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
7. Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned by the finance team.
8. Reconcile data with customers.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
3. Strong proficiency in financial accounting and reporting, including the preparation of financial statements.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and spreadsheet applications.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
7. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
