Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Finance & Accounting Staff in Jakarta to support financial operations, reporting, and internal controls in a food manufacturing environment.

You will work with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate financial data and effective cost management. The role requires a degree in accounting or finance and 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or other manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with cost accounting, inventory accounting, and manufacturing cost structures.
• Good understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) and applicable tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments.
• Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial reports such as P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank, vendor, and customer accounts.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Monitor production costs, raw materials, direct labor, and overhead.
• Reconcile inventory between systems and physical stock, and investigate variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Assist with tax compliance and audit support.
• Maintain internal controls and process improvements.
