Overview

Our client is a Japanese Real Estate company. Currently, they are looking for Finance & Accounting Senior Staff.

Responsibilities

• Generate AR invoices, debit notes, and tax invoices.
• Prepare documents required by the bank related to mortgage transactions, fund transfers, and time deposits.
• Check bank statements and reconcile them.
• Prepare payment vouchers and process AP.
• Make cash flow projections.
• Provide data for consultants in preparing financial statements and tax reports.
• Support quarterly and annual audits.
• Check and review financial statements and audit worksheets.
• Prepare and manage KPPK report.
• Maintain all petty cash activities.
• Perform other administrative duties related to the above tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field.
• High conversational English or above.
• Has min 3 years of experience as Finance & Accounting in Accounting Consultant Companies or Audit Firms.
• Brevet A & B certification.
