Finance Accounting Manager - Overseas

Nabati Group is a group of companies in Indonesia that is involved in various sectors such as consumer goods, restaurants, distribution, and property development. Our product range includes wafers, biscuits, snacks, noodles, and carbonated drinks - with our leading brands Richeese and Richoco.

We are seeking an individual to join our team as Finance & Accounting Manager Overseas who will be responsible for one or more countries (outside Indonesia).

Job Description:

• Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed.
• Manage finance & accounting lifecycle.
• Assist in preparing year-end books for audit.
• Perform regular financial analysis.
• Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts and identifying the country's financial status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related major.
• Minimum 8 years in FMCG / Distribution Company responsible for finance/accounting, reporting, and FP&A.
• Have experience handling overseas business.
• Fluent in English.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in using SAP.
• Willing to be placed in Overseas Country (On-Site).
