Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a FAT Manager to lead finance, accounting, taxation, and governance for a major Indonesian mining group. The role focuses on ensuring full regulatory compliance, robust budgeting, and accurate financial reporting while coordinating with regional head offices.

Based on Jakarta Utara, the position requires 8–10 years in Finance/Tax with at least 5 years in management, plus strong Indonesian tax knowledge and English/Mandarin proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years in Finance/Accounting/Tax with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience in mining/oil & gas or capital-intensive industries preferred.
• Strong Indonesian taxation, corporate income tax, and withholding tax knowledge.
• Experience managing external audits, tax audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills; cross-border coordination expertise.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance, accounting, treasury, and financial reporting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage corporate tax planning, tax reporting, and compliance; coordinate external tax audits.
• Oversee AR, AP, banking, cash flow, and cost control initiatives.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, management reports, and variance analyses for senior management.
• Ensure timely statutory financial statements and management reports under local accounting standards and corporate reporting rules.
• Coordinate with banks, external auditors, tax consultants, and authorities on financial matters.
• Maintain internal controls and continuously improve financial processes and governance.
• Collaborate with regional and international HQ for cross-border reporting and budgeting.
• Support business decisions with financial analysis and risk assessment.
