Overview

Plan and control the finance and budgeting systems according to the company's policies to support the achievement of the company's targets.

Control the entire process of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in accordance with business processes and applicable policies.

Control and evaluate the financial recording system, tax processes, and the provision of various financial reports under its responsibility based on accounting principles, regulations, and applicable laws.

Implement all policies, instructions, tasks, and directions from management that are set thereafter.

  • Skills/Expertise: Strong leadership abilities; Understanding of property business processes; Knowledge of Property Management business.
