Finance & Accounting Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions (GL, AR/AP, taxation, reporting, etc.)

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations

Act as a key liaison between the local entity and China-based HQ; prepare regular financial reports in both Mandarin and English

Provide strategic insights to support business decision-making and operational efficiency

Manage and develop the finance and accounting team

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance/accounting role, preferably in manufacturing

Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is required

Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and PSAK (Indonesian GAAP); experience with IFRS is a plus

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
