Finance & Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to join our team at PT.KOLANG CITRA ABADI, a dynamic company based in Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo East Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organisation's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
2. Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
4. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and systems to safeguard the company's assets.
5. Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure efficient operations.
6. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial expertise and support strategic decision-making.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve financial processes and reporting.

What we're looking for

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. At least 8 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably in the Accounting industry.
3. Thorough understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
5. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a team.
6. Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
