Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Bali is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the finance department. You will oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality/F&B sector and possess strong leadership and analytical skills. This position requires fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, as well as domicile in Bali.

Job description

Lead and manage Finance & Accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Ensure compliance with PSAK, PPh, PPN, and local tax regulations.

Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to management.

Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders.

Mentor and develop finance team members.

Qualifications:
