• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP/MRP systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all accounting, finance, tax, and payroll functions at the factory level.
• Oversee daily accounting operations: AP, AR, general ledger, payroll, inventory, costing, tax, and customs.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing, including compliance with tax and customs reporting.
• Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs in line with company standards and regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits (financial, tax, and customs).
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions and performance evaluation.
• Act as liaison with external parties such as auditors, banks, tax offices, and government institutions.
• Support other departments in budgeting and financial planning.
• Keep management updated on relevant changes in financial, tax, and customs regulations.
