Job Description:

Ensuring financial statements are reported and reconciled on time, and that accounting schedules are accurate.

Preparing financial analyses for the Director of Finance and other stakeholders.

Maximizes cash flow performance through controls on inventory, credit and collection, disbursements, deposits, and remittances.

Responsible for monthly and yearly financial reports for reporting to management.

Assisting other managers in creating budgets and ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.

Maintaining financial records and ensuring they are accurate and compliant.

Supervising accounting staff, providing training, and mentoring to improve their performance.

Developing and implementing financial and accounting policies, workflows, and methods

Evaluating financial transactions to ensure they comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
