Job description

Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.

Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Provide regular financial reports to management, HQ, and relevant stakeholders.

Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements in compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and company policies.

Monitor cash flow, AR/AP, and working capital management.

Oversee tax reporting and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations, including OJK, Bank Indonesia, and other statutory requirements.

Manage internal controls to mitigate financial risks and support audit processes.

Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.

Oversee banking relationships and manage treasury operations.

Ensure adequate liquidity for business operations and investment projects.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.

Establish clear processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
