Job Overview:

As the Finance and Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated finance and accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all and day-to-day accounting activities for the company
• Manage inventory reporting of stock and assets
• Perform monthly and annual closing process
• Oversee the daily journal process
• Conduct financial analysis and provide continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations
• Manage audits and tax preparation
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and provide financial analysis for the company and the group

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree major in Accounting
• At least 5 years of working experience in Accounting, experience in Tax would be an advantage
• Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels
• Exceptional presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
