Qualifications

• Expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans un rôle similaire.

• Fluente en anglais et Bahasa est un plus.

Job description

• Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation and experienced.
• Have great communication and high responsibility.
• Excellent on cash flow management controller and able to handle all Finance business process.
• Planning, organize and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
• Lead process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Day-to-day responsibility for the balance sheet ensuring that all items are understood and any risks are managed appropriately (including developing and implementing controls and month end balance sheet reconciliations).
• Supervise, plan and coordinate the activities of a variety of finance services include financial reporting
• Familiar with budgeting, and general reporting, manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
• Detail oriented, hands-on & solution-oriented approach, strong commercial approach and good in analytical and computer skill.
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Maintain the financial health of the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
• Ad hoc projects as deemed necessary to support the business.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics from reputable university, accounting or in a related field.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience.
• Having experience in ISP company is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa is an advantage.
• Professional, well presented, and having an effective communication skill.
• Possesses the ability to coordinate, influence and able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
• Having the attitude of honesty, integrity, Initiative as well as self discipline, logical, detail orientated and accurate.
• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst.
• Proficient user of finance software.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
