Greenwoods Group is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the financial operations of our high-end property development projects located in Cikarang, Bogor, and Serpong. This strategic role requires a hands-on leader to manage financial reporting, budgeting, tax planning and compliance, while also providing business insights to support organizational growth.
As part of our core team, you will supervise the Finance & Accounting unit, ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations, and regularly report to the Head Office in Jakarta Selatan.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Manage tax compliance, including tax planning, filings, reporting, and ensuring tax efficiency.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth and improvement.
Supervise the accounting and tax team, including staff management, training, and performance evaluation.
Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role.
Preferably experienced in the Property / Real Estate industry.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
Proficient in AR/AP management, budgeting, financial audits, tax compliance, and forecasting.
Experienced in handling tax audits and liaising with tax authorities.
Willing to be mobile between project sites: Cikarang, Bogor, and Jakarta Selatan.
