Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. You will lead financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance processes while providing insights to support business decision-making and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

· Control company cash flow in line with policies and authorization procedures.

· Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly cash flow reports.

· Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports.

· Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

· Develop and implement an internal control system to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports.

· Supervise and coordinate with the team for external audits.

· Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and forecast incoming payments.

· Control accounts payable (AP) and payment schedules.

· Generate monthly financial and sales reports.

· Prepare annual budgets in collaboration with departments and monitor monthly actuals.

· Calculate and manage quarterly sales commissions.

· Ensure timely submission of withholding tax (PPh) and VAT (PPN) reports.

· Monitor tax payments and transactions to ensure compliance.

· Ensure procurement of goods and services runs efficiently and effectively

· Oversee payment terms and shipping procedure controls.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

· Proven experience as a Finance & Accounting Manager.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

· CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is a plus.

· Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

· Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.

· High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and results-oriented.
