Job description

Manager of Finance and Accounting is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting business growth through strategic financial planning. This role requires strong leadership, financial expertise, and in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounting department, ensuring efficient financial operations and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term business goals.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including corporate income tax, value-added tax (VAT), and other relevant taxes, as well as financial laws and accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management review.
• Manage cost accounting and financial planning for manufacturing operations, including raw material costs, production costs, and inventory valuation.
• Monitor cash flow, financial risk, and capital management to ensure optimal financial health.
• Develop and implement internal controls to protect company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
• Manage tax filings, prepare tax returns, and respond to tax audits.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and Accounting team to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance & Accounting Manager, preferably in the manufacturing sector or with experience in a public accounting firm.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software (such as Accurate, Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems), advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of accounting principles.
• Language: Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Leadership: Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
