Job description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Leader to join our team. This role is instrumental in ensuring strong financial oversight through effective P&L analysis, cash flow management, and financial control.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) including Profit & Loss reviews

Monitor and manage company cash flow & financial forecasting

Oversee budgeting processes and financial controls

Coordinate monthly and quarterly financial reporting

Support decision-making through financial insights

Work closely with operations and leadership team on cost efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

3–5 years of experience in finance/accounting with leadership exposure

Strong analytical mindset with a good grasp of P&L and cash flow principles

Great communication & leadership skills
