Job Description

1. Financial Management: Support budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning.
2. Invoicing & Credit Control: Manage sales invoicing, monitor receivables, and oversee customer credit.
3. Cash Flow & Payments: Ensure smooth cash flow management, process vendor payments, and oversee timely operational transactions.
4. Payroll & Compliance: Accurately review and process employee payroll in a timely manner.
5. Loan & Currency Management: Handle loan management, repayments, and currency exchanges to ensure efficient financial operations.
6. Reporting & Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
7. Process Improvement: Optimize accounting procedures and ensure accurate transaction approvals.
8. Tax Compliance: Oversee tax-related matters and ensure timely reporting and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

1. High ethical standards, integrity, and strong attention to detail.
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
3. Fluent in English, with the ability to prepare reports and collaborate in a multinational environment.
4. 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or auditing.
5. Minimum 3 years of auditing experience in a Public Accounting Firm.
6. At least 5 years of costing experience in a manufacturing environment.
7. Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
