Job description

Cost Controller to set up Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for controlling and reporting in accordance with Company standard.

Communicating with Cost Controller to obtain input on work and procurement progress and to deliver output to help managers monitoring their financial performance.

Coding and checking documents of invoices received and all expenditure project.

Provide timely and accurate entry of data for reporting.

Responsible to check that the cost codes on each MR are correct also check that the remaining budget for the cost code is sufficient to cover proposal purchase.

Collect Incurred Costs (Actuals and Accruals) from the Site expenditure to support the accruals and allocating processes.

Provide direct support and assistance to the site Cost Controller and Sr. Cost Controller.

Responsible to coding E-BTR, E-Time Sheet, Petty Cash and to collect all accrual site expenditure.

Recorded All Timesheet and Expenditure on site, Petty Cash, minor Asset and Cash Out reconciliation on monthly basis.

Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard & requirements.

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree with 5 years of experience in Cost Control

Knowledge of best practice in Project Administration and having communication, organizational and management skills

Ability to operate computer and other office facility

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position

Experience in handling SP2DK and audit reports is essential
