Currently, we are hiring for the position of “Cost Control Staff” for our strategic partner in Bali. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Compiling actual performance data in comparison with budgeted targets each month
• Analyzing reasons for deviations
• Reviewing material purchase transactions regarding reasonableness of price, TOP, need for purchase, stock availability, etc.
• Assessing production losses and factors leading to such losses
• Supporting teams to improve performance

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Cost Control Officer (preferably in hospitality)
• Good analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Understanding of economics and cost calculation
• Knowledge of budgeting and performance review
• Background in management or accounting (Bachelor’s degree)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a cost control position
