Job description

Lead and oversee all financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.

Supervise internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors.

Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or CPA is a must.

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is preferred.

Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership or controller-level role for Finance function.

Strong understanding of financial reporting, local tax regulations, and accounting principles.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
