Finance & Accounting Associate Manager BINUS Medan

• Minimal Bachelor Degree preferably in Finance / Accounting / related field
• Minimal 4 years of working experience in related position
• Having experience in KAP/Public Accountant Company would be an advantage
• Detail oriented and have a knowledge of accounting & financial reporting
• Must be able to operate Ms. Office
• Must be able to understand written & spoken English, and speak English fluently
• Willing to be placed at BINUS Medan

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor weekly payment process for bank
• Check financial documents filing (weekly bank transfer, newsletter and invoices)
• Check for changes in financial data
• Review Budget Analytical Reports
• Assist in preparing financial analysis
• Create financial status recapitulation of every business unit
• Review and confirm any improper data in financial report
• Cross check fund requests to user’s superior and related parties
• Assist with creating departmental budget
• Monitor and control daily financial activities
