As IBMC continues to grow, we are expanding our finance and accounting team to better support client needs and ensure smooth delivery of our services. We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Associate to provide dedicated support in bookkeeping, reporting, and administrative tasks. This role is key in maintaining timely compliance, ensuring service quality, and enabling our senior consultants to focus on advisory and strategic client work.

Responsibilities
  • Handle routine finance and accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, reporting, and administrative work
  • Support account management for client groups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with reporting deadlines and internal standards
  • Provide reliable support to consultants, reducing workload pressure and preventing service delays
  • Contribute to improved client satisfaction and retention by consistently meeting service expectations
  • Enable scalability for IBMC by supporting additional client requests and future projects
Requirements
  • Supervisor-level experience in finance and accounting
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and problem-solving skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Accurate, or similar platforms
  • Preferably a graduate from a KAP (Public Accounting Firm) background
