• Performs general cost accounting and related duties.
• Prepares monthly balance sheets and income statements.
• Maintains the general ledger and reconciles accounts.

Job description

Performs general cost accounting and other related duties for the organization

Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements

Maintains the general ledger

Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books

Reconciles bank accounts at least monthly, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from bank

Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit

Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience in Management, Accounting, or a related field may be preferred

Proficiency in English both, written and spoken

Knowledge of general financial accounting and managerial accounting

High level of efficiency and accuracy

Excellent teamwork skill

Interpersonal relationship skills
