Position: Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance & accounting management, with at least 3 years handling tax
• Proven track record in statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax planning
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros) and experience with ERP/financial systems (SAP FI-CO, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPh 21/23, PPN, withholding) and experience in tax filings
• Experience implementing and interpreting PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards)
• Brevet certification (Brevet A & B) is a plus
• Experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Beauty industries is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills, ability to tell a 'finance story', and stakeholder management skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring accurate P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements in compliance with PSAK/IFRS
• Drive annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis for strategic decision-making
• Oversee tax filings (PPh 21/23, PPN, PPh Final), coordinate with tax advisors, and implement tax-efficient structures
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes for timely invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
• Manage external audits, strengthen internal controls, and improve SOX/financial control frameworks
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and data integrity
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams to support pricing, cost control, and profitability initiatives
