Requirements:

1. Having a minimum of 5-15 years of experience handling Finance, Accounting, and Tax, minimum 3 years as a supervisor in FAT.
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, financial management, or tax related majors.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
4. Preferably holds Tax Brevet A, B & C Certifications.
5. In-depth understanding of accounting and tax principles, standards, laws and regulations.
6. Hands-on with accounting system.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
8. Strong leadership, attention to detail, possess a can-do attitude.
9. Multitasking abilities and good analytical skills are necessary.
10. Can work under pressure.
11. Work hard, highly motivated person with integrity and initiative.
12. Adaptive with surroundings.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and coordinate team members to ensure the timely preparation of financial statements, tax calculations, reports, and other.
2. Review and validate the work done by team members to maintain accuracy.
3. Assisting in financial management for the payment and receipt of funds and financial allocation by conducting checks and reviews for daily, monthly, and annual transactions.
4. Managing the company's financial balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, taxation issue & management reporting.
5. Actively involving in budget control, financial planning, and analysis.
6. Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting for the building portfolio.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
8. Prepare well-structured reports and documentation, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
9. Manage cash flow, including monitoring cash positions, forecasting cash requirements, and recommending investment strategies.
10. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director, contributing to the firm's growth and excellence.
