Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and statutory reporting.
• Project Accounting Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain project accounting systems to ensure accurate cost accounting and reporting.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, closely monitoring expenses and revenue. Provide financial forecasts to guide decision-making. Assess financial risks related to brokerage operations. Implement risk mitigation strategies and internal controls.
• Liquidity Management: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and manage liquidity. Ensure timely settlements and fund availability.
• Tax Planning and Compliance: Collaborate with tax consultants to optimize tax planning. Ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
• Financial Analysis and Insights: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling.
• Collaboration with Heads of Departments: Work closely with trading, operations, and compliance teams. Understand their needs and align financial strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in finance, preferably within brokerage or financial services. Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations. Proficiency in financial software and Excel. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
