An established industry player is seeking a skilled FAT Manager to oversee business operations and financial planning. Overseeing daily Business Operation, responsibility in formulating and managing company policies, directing, and coordinating all divisional departmental activities to implement long term goals for business growth and profitability goals achievement.
Preparation of budget, financial projection, financial statement, general ledger accounts, taxation issue, financing, payment, etc.
Responsible for Cash Flow projection and Budget Control.
Play a pivotal role in achieving compliance across all statutory obligations, encompassing external audits, tax payments, and filings, among others.
Prepare the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) on budgeting, treasury management, forecasts, and other strategic initiatives.
Evaluate, implement, and maintain financial systems and software to streamline processes and enhance financial visibility.
Review consolidated monthly financial report for the group and board presentations.
Build and lead a finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Analysis of financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.
Planning and dealing with tax consultant regarding PPH21, PPH23, PPH25, PPH26, JLN and VAT/PPN.
Conduct monthly analytical reviews to assess company performance and consistently furnish comprehensive management reports to the Board.
Having minimum 3+ years experiences as FAT Manager.
Strong mathematical, analytical & problem solving skill, excellent communication & leadership skill, time management.
Deep understanding in finance, accounting and tax software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Advance Excel with formula.
Excellent GAAP and IFRS Knowledge, Tax Regulations.
Having certifications like Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant, or equivalent qualifications is an advantage.
The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate intricate financial data into actionable insights.
Proven success in working effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborating seamlessly with senior management is highly valued.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, coupled with customer-centric approach, are vital.
Excellent to handle government and private clients is an advantage.
