Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. You will lead financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance processes while providing insights to support business decision-making and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Control company cash flow in line with policies and authorization procedures.
2. Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly cash flow reports.
3. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports.
4. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
5. Develop and implement an internal control system to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports.
6. Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and forecast incoming payments.
7. Control accounts payable (AP) and payment schedules.
8. Generate monthly financial and sales reports.
9. Prepare annual budgets in collaboration with departments and monitor monthly actuals.
10. Calculate and manage quarterly sales commissions.
11. Ensure timely submission of withholding tax (PPh) and VAT (PPN) reports.
12. Monitor tax payments and transactions to ensure compliance.
13. Ensure procurement of goods and services runs efficiently and effectively.
14. Oversee payment terms and shipping procedure controls.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
3. Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ERP, and SAP.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
5. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is a plus.
6. Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
7. Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
8. High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and results-oriented.
9. Willing to be placed at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
10. Able to join immediately.
