• Analyze and authorize daily bank and cash transactions.
• Create monthly reports for project revenues and expenses.
• Perform monthly bank and cash reconciliations.

Job description

Finance, Accounting and Tax Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Propose approval for daily transactions to direct Superior and CEO.
• Analyze and perform authorization for daily transactions related to Bank and Cash.
• Perform monthly closing and ensure all expenses, sales, and transactions are recorded accurately.
• Create monthly reports to disclose expenses and revenue for each project.
• Analyze, review, and ensure all withholding tax and VAT are recorded, paid, and reported.
• Perform cash opname once a week or a maximum of once every two weeks.
• Daily update actual cost realization for each project.
• Perform foreign currency exchange and recalculate the physical amount of money exchanged.
• Review audit reports along with the auditor's working papers.
• Create and review corporate annual tax income with a consultant.
• Prepare and review agreements, SOPs, and other documents related to finance transactions.
• Negotiate with banks or other financing companies to get the best rates for savings and loans.
• Prepare budget projections.
• Perform monthly bank and cash reconciliation.
