The role

We are seeking a skilled Finance, Accounting And Tax professional to join our dynamic team at PT Biosphere Indonesia Cosmetics'. In this full-time position, you will role in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining compliance with relevant tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision-making

Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations

Manage the company's tax affairs, including the preparation and filing of tax returns

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives

Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial controls

Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry

Have A&B brevet certificate

Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations

Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
