Supervise daily transactions, including daily and monthly entries into the Accounting system used by the Company, and prepare the journal voucher.
Responsibilities include:
- All transactions of Petty Cash and Bank.
- All invoices received from Vendor.
- Invoicing to Customer and delivery to them based on the term of condition of each Customer and also the Company.
- Fixed asset management.
- Updating data for Account Receivable Aging monthly report.
- Petty Cash, including preparing Cash Opname and monthly reports.
- Preparing the Monthly Cash Flow report.
- Supervising payment through the E-Banking system.
- Preparing data for monthly stock take and performing procedures based on assignments prepared by the Company into the Accounting system.
- Assisting in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly Financial reports.
- Expense Claim and Payment Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting, with a good understanding of Accounting principles.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Accounting role.
- Able to work effectively in a team or as an individual.
- Highly accurate and numerate, with good communication skills.
- High integrity and loyalty to the job.
- Understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations, including updates.
- Able to prepare financial reports such as Profit/Loss, Journal, Balance Sheet, etc.
- Proficient in operating a computer, specifically Microsoft Office, and experience with the accounting system SAP.
- Preferred: Brevet A, B & C certificate and experience using the tax system (DJP Online).
