About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance/Accounting professional to join our team at PT Xpert Teknologi Inovasi. In this full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations and reporting of our growing technology company.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all aspects of the company's financial accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial statements
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Support the development and implementation of financial systems and processes
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the technology industry
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficient in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting
• Strong knowledge of applicable accounting standards and regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite
