Keep accurate records of all daily transactions.

Update internal systems with financial data.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

Monitor all bank deposits and payments.

Monitor daily cash inflow and outflow and assist in preparing weekly and monthly cash flow reports.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Proven work experience of at least 2 years as a Finance (Accounts Payable) staff.

Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.

Experience using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.

Knowledge of financial regulations.

Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
