Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Soutenir et coordonner les activités d'installation/commissions notamment pour la certification d'acceptation client.
• Créer des plans de travail et des estimations de coûts pour répondre aux obligations contractuelles.

Field Service Manager

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as commissioning lead for projects with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will ensure completion of all commissioning activities efficiently and cost-effectively in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting continuous improvement of project process/product/system design.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area in Jakarta.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting and coordinating the installation/commissioning activities and related on- site activities focused on finalizing customer acceptance certification.
• Creating work plans and cost estimates to meet contractual obligations.
• Initiating and monitoring risk mitigation plans and ensuring stakeholders are updated on associated technical risks.
• Managing external organizations to ensure the availability of commissioning equipment, systems, or services.

Qualifications

• D3 or D4 in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in field service, commissioning, or maintenance of electrical systems.
• Knowledge of medium- and low-voltage switchgear, protection relays, and power distribution equipment and familiarity with electrical schematics, testing instruments, and safety standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites (frequently or as needed).
• Knowledge of ABB products and solutions is a plus
