To support this vision, we’re seeking Field Sales Trainers to ensure our Beauty Advisors in the General Trade & Modern Trade account deliver exceptional service and expertise. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence and elevate the SKINTIFIC brand experience on the ground. Successful candidates will be based in Palu, with a focus on covering Central Sulawesi etc.

Role Overview

As a Field Sales Trainer with SKINTIFIC, you’ll be instrumental in empowering our Beauty Advisors (BAs) to succeed. This role combines remote work with in-person sessions, requiring a strong commitment to travel for training delivery, assessments, and performance evaluations around Sulawesi area. You’ll be crafting impactful training programs that boost BAs’ product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service capabilities while leveraging strong Excel skills to report training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Training Program Development

  • Design interactive, impactful training programs to boost BAs' product knowledge, sales approaches, and customer experience skills, adapted to each local market.
  • Deliver consistent and effective training programs across multiple channels and beauty brands.

On-Site Training & Workshop Delivery

  • Conduct engaging in-person training sessions, including workshops, role-plays, and demonstrations, to bring SKINTIFIC’s brand values to life.
  • Travel to specified home-based areas for hands-on training in designated locations.

Performance Reporting & Analysis

  • Use Excel to create comprehensive reports, track BA progress, and analyze training impact. Offer insights that enhance ongoing training effectiveness and goal achievement.

Mentorship & Continuous Support

  • Mentor Beauty Advisors, guiding them in applying learned techniques to meet sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with regional managers to identify development areas and implement strategies to address them.

Industry Awareness & Training Updates

  • Keep training materials current with the latest trends, product developments, and competitive insights to ensure relevance and engagement.

Collaborative Feedback & Strategy

  • Act as a bridge between field sales teams and corporate, offering insights from the field that support strategic improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; as a professional trainer experience coming from all industry (beauty or retail sector preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills for effective reporting and analysis of training metrics and performance tracking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a regional team.
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic about beauty and committed to supporting team success.

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time, with frequent regional travel required.
  • Work Hours: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, including a 1.5-hour lunch break.
  • Location Requirements: Candidates will be based in the specified regions and should be prepared to travel within their area as required.
