Your Role:

As a Field Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in driving our business on the ground. You will:

Supervise teams in Sahabat Jiva establishment and credit management.

Oversee commodity procurement & trading, ensuring targets in quantity and quality are achieved.

Make sure procurement activities meet SLAs and Jiva process standards.

Supervise the sales of agri-inputs to farmers within your area.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Agriculture.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Supervisor in Agriculture or FMCG.

️ Own a motorcycle and willing to travel frequently for field work.

Proficient in English (speaking & writing).

Open to placement in any Central Java area.
