1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients and HNWI, leveraging your network and market insights
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention

2. Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for the Bandung Raya region
  • Present products and services in a compelling manner, addressing client needs and pain points

3. Market Analysis & Leads Generation:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities
  • Generate high-quality leads and create a robust sales pipeline

4. Negotiation & Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual value and satisfaction
  • Close deals effectively while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements

5. Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, supply, logistics/operations) to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, including forecasts and performance metrics, to the management team

Job Requirements:

1.Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2B or HNWI client segments
  • Previous experience in banking, P2P lending, primary bullion or similar industries is a huge plus

2. Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven ability to build and manage a network of B2B and HNWI clients
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent understanding of financial products, market trends, and client management strategies
