Position:Sales Field Manager – Construction Products (Windows, Stretch Ceilings, Doors)

Location:Bali

Loyo & Bondar is expanding its unit business, LB Solutions. We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Field Manager to join our team in Bali.

Responsibilities :

  • Visit construction sites and meet with contractors, developers, and decision makers.
  • Present our products (windows, stretch ceilings, doors) to potential clients.
  • Gather technical requirements, prepare/coordinate documentation, and close sales.
  • Build and expand a strong client network (developers, contractors, architects, designers).

Requirements :

  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience (B2B or construction industry background is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, confident, and results-oriented personality.
  • English proficiency at B1 level preferred (not mandatory if highly active and communicative).
  • Existing network in the construction industry is highly valued.
