Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Greater Bandar Lampung. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve daily sales visits, presenting service offerings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. You will also be required to provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the logistics or delivery service industry is a plus
- High school diploma (D3) or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the Greater Bandar Lampung area
