• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with customers, focusing on key roles such as Technical Managers, QC Managers, and Optimization Managers.
• Anticipate and analyze evolving market needs for cement and materials, and proactively prepare for strategic developments.
• Lead training sessions on products and cement for commercial teams and customers, enhancing their understanding and application.
• Guarantee that both current and new products fulfill customer and project requirements, maintaining high standards of performance.
