Challenges as a Field Sales Associate

In this opportunity, you will be trained to become a resilient Account Executive, learning how to maintain and expand existing accounts (customers) and develop new accounts for the company.

Job Description
  • Introduce, present, and sell Lamudi's advertising products to real estate agencies.
  • Guide property agencies on how to use Lamudi's advertising products effectively.
  • Assist clients in selecting the best Lamudi products to meet their needs.
  • Conduct canvassing for new market penetration on the field.
  • Build and maintain daily relationships with real estate offices.
  • Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce) for work-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Positive Attitude: Focused on solutions and able to follow through.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills: Capable of impressing clients with well-structured and personal stories.
  • Good Communicator: Able to speak clearly and straightforwardly with a friendly tone, showing respect and empathy.
  • Public Speaking: Ability to speak and present confidently before large audiences.
  • Relationship Building & Negotiation Skills: Able to maintain business relationships, understand customer interests, and negotiate mutually satisfying agreements.
  • Minimum education of S1 (Bachelor's degree).
  • At least 1 year of experience in direct sales or field sales.
  • Proficient in Indonesian; English skills are a plus.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and target-oriented.
  • Possess personal transportation (car/motorcycle).
