Job summary

World Vision is seeking a Project Officer for the PASTI Papua Project to help plan, implement, and monitor daily activities. The role requires coordinating with communities and local partners, conducting field visits, and ensuring reporting and accountability.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (or related field) and at least 3 years of experience in humanitarian program facilitation, with strong interpersonal and digital documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience or at least 1 year as a development facilitator in humanitarian programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences preferred.
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Proficiency in using digital applications and adjusting documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate planning and implementation of daily activities for the PASTI Papua Project.
• Provide technical guidance to community groups or local partners and support field visits.
• Build partnerships with local stakeholders to advance project goals.
• Prepare and contribute to monthly and quarterly project reporting.
