Job summary

Lancesoft APAC is seeking a proactive Field Operator for the Indonesia - Duri site to support on-site activities and equipment readiness.

You'll ensure pre-job readiness, assist with equipment mobilization, perform inspections, and maintain clear reporting to supervisors, contributing to safe and efficient operations on the PHR WK Rokan Project.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in HDD trailer operations, valid B2 driver license, and relevant safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar field.
• Experience operating HDD (trailer).
• Valid SIM B2 (Digital korlantas POLRI).
• Has valid K3PAA from Disnaker (online verification).
• Basic technical knowledge in HDD & PE operation.
• Excellent communication to coordinate with stakeholders.
• High school SMK or equivalent.

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive field operator to join our team on the PHR WK Rokan Project. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and safe operational, accurate reporting, and perfect maintenance.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Supporting job execution at job site
• Maintenance and preparing equipment for the job

• Ensuring pre job inspections and report to supervisor
• Supporting equipment mobilization
• Preparing and inspection of the equipment

• Ensuring PTI and all document available and up to date.

Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):

Maximum 35 Yo when application received

• Previous experience in a similar role minimum 3 years
• Experience in : Operating HDD (trailer)
• Has a Valid SIM B2 (Digital korlantas POLRI)

• Has valid K3PAA from Disnaker (Verified on line)
• Technical Aptitude: Basic technical knowledge in HDD & PE operation
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure smooth operations.

• Minimum graduate from high school SMK or equivalent
