Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Field Operator to ensure safe and efficient LPG production. This role reports to the Sr. Production Lead and requires expertise in start-up, shutdown, and HSE compliance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Oil & Gas Processing Engineering.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
• Understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Job Descriptions

• Carry out refinery start-up activities according to established Standard & Operating Procedures.
• Perform refinery shutdown activities in normal and emergency conditions.
• Follow orders from superiors/supervisors relevant to refinery operations.
• Implement and understand HSE policies and report potential hazards.
• Report to the Shift Production Supervisor for any work performed.
• Follow and implement company regulations.
• Maintain, use, and care for all company equipment and facilities.
• Carry out special orders from direct superiors for the benefit of the company.
• Ensure LPG refinery operations are conducted safely and according to procedures to meet production targets within 12-hour shifts.
• Monitor operating conditions and equipment, fill out log sheets, and report abnormal conditions.
