Job summary

Edufarmers International is seeking a Field Officer to work on community nutrition and health programs in Malang Regency, Indonesia. The role involves coordinating with Puskesmas, Posyandu, village authorities, and mothers to strengthen service access and nutrition education.

You will record MBG meal data daily using manual and digital systems, prepare weekly field reports, support policy advocacy with local government, and help ensure program activities run smoothly on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Public Health.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in community empowerment programs, maternal and child health, or stunting-related programs is preferred.
• Experience working directly with Posyandu cadres, Community Health Centers (Puskesmas), and village governments.
• Confident in communicating with mothers and community health cadres in the context of community education.
• Able to prepare regular reports and familiar with using Office 365 and WhatsApp for reporting.
• Willing to be placed full-time on-site in Malang Regency and able to adapt to field dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications / Added Value

• Previous experience in community nutrition programs, CSR programs, or food distribution programs.
• Having an established local network in Malang Regency is an advantage.
• Possesses a motorcycle and a valid Indonesian Class C driving license (SIM C).
