Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Puncak Cisarua is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the hotel's HR strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and local regulations while delivering warm hospitality.

You will drive talent acquisition, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations, manage HR policy compliance, and support financial goals through effective budget stewardship and people leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR experience in hotel industry, preferably in remote locations.
• Comprehensive HR experience across key functions-recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards.
• Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and transparent practices.
• Proven ability to lead HR teams and influence organizational culture.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
• Excellent interpersonal and strategic communication abilities.
• Able to adapt to a dynamic hotel environment and support operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive talent acquisition and workforce planning: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent while optimizing labor costs.
• Develop and engage talent: Oversee training programs, performance evaluations, and succession planning to support career growth and leadership development.
• Manage team member relations: Guide employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor contract compliance, including grievance handling and negotiations.
• Oversee HR policies and compliance: Establish and enforce HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment laws, wage and benefit administration, and workplace safety regulations.
• Support financial goals: Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient use of resources while supporting hotel operations.
• Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
