Job summary

PT Trilink Indonesia is seeking a Field Maintenance Administrator (Offshore) to support maintenance reporting and asset management for offshore operations. The role requires strong Excel and SAP skills, familiarity with Access, Lists, and Power BI, and the ability to work collaboratively in a demanding offshore environment.

The ideal candidate has a D3 or equivalent, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• D3 or equivalent in a relevant field, preferably Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in maintenance or the oil and gas industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Familiar with Microsoft Access, Microsoft Lists, and Power BI.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work collaboratively.
• Willing to work offshore.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports, including SKK Migas reporting.
• Manage maintenance notifications, Work Orders (WO), and TECO in SAP.
• Monitor spare parts, materials, and equipment movements, including items under repair.
• Maintain maintenance databases and prepare Central Maintenance performance dashboards.
• Support RKM submission and administration.
