Job summary

Une entreprise technologique recherche un ingénieur de terrain pour gérer l'installation, la configuration et le dépannage des systèmes PC/notebook. Le candidat idéal doit posséder un diplôme en informatique ou systèmes d'information et avoir au moins un an d'expérience en support technique. Des compétences en communication et une attitude professionnelle sont requises pour maintenir une relation positive avec les clients.

Qualifications

• 1 an d'expérience en support informatique ou en tant qu'ingénieur de terrain.
• Capable de réaliser des réparations matérielles de base.
• Attitude professionnelle et fortes compétences en communication.

Responsibilities

• Effectuer l'installation et la configuration des dispositifs PC/notebook.
• Traiter les réclamations clients sur site et préparer des rapports d'activités.
• Collaborer avec d'autres équipes techniques pour résoudre des cas complexes.

About the job Field Engineer

• Perform installation and configuration of PC/notebook devices.
• Handle troubleshooting of hardware and software issues on PC/notebook systems.
• Handle customer complaints and service requests on-site.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports related to on-site activities.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex cases.
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients and ensure service satisfaction.
  
  

Requirements

• S1 degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Support or as a Field Engineer.
• Capable of performing basic hardware repairs and replacements (RAM, HDD, keyboard, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude when dealing with customers.
• Willing to be assigned at client sites as required by project needs.
